Binghi is a Kigali-based producer, DJ, and performance artist who brings flair and surprise to each of her sets. She is known to play all-night sessions in the aforementioned Rwandan capital and Uganda’s Kampala, blending contemporary African electronica with UK influences, Caribbean hybrids, and earlier US house and techno. 

Playing everywhere from Berlin to Kampala, Binghi has been invited to perform the likes of Biennale de Dakar with the Nyege Nyege collective and Fête De La Musique Paris, among others. Connecting dots across time and space, the artist’s sound explores the underlying urgency in ecstasy.
