Chelsea Turowsky is an American interdisciplinary artist and chef based in Berlin. She holds her degrees in poetry but has worked exclusively in gastronomy since 2014 as OMIOMI, a plant-based food project focusing on conceptual dining expressions. Her current culinary work spans cognitive neuroscience and nutrition, and inquiries of shrine and offering. She works primarily in the design and arts sector and is the founder of online food and home market, UP AND COMING Berlin.
