Folashade Ajayi is Berlin-based activist completing her Masters in Social Sciences with a focus on anti-discrimination — anti-racism, gender equality and migration policies in particular. She is a member of the Initiative Black People in Germany (ISD), where she co-organized the first European Network Meeting for People of African Descent in 2014 and represented the organization at a number of events worldwide. Ajayi has worked in the field of anti-discrimination on a national and European level, interning at Germany’s Federal Antidiscrimination Agency and the European Network Against Racism in Brussels.
