British born interdisciplinary artist George Henry Longly works across sculpture, installation, sound, performance, design and video. He graduated with an MA in Fine Art Central Saint Martins 2005 and has exhibited extensively in the UK and EU, and internationally including performances, residencies and public art projects. He lives and works in London and runs a project space with close collaborator Prem Sahib called Ridley Road Project Space. 

Notable solo shows include go-go mirrors, RRPS; Benthos, at Galerie Kandlhofer; The Tissue Equivalent at Palais de Tokyo; Toxungenous Activities, Fiorucci Art Trust; We All Love Your Life at Red Bull Arts, New York and Park Nights at Serpentine Gallery, London. His work has been included in group exhibitions at Nottingham Contemporary, Kunsthal Aarhus, The Moving Museum (Istanbul), David Roberts Art Foundation, ICA London, CELL Project Space and Lisson Gallery. Longly has a design practice under the name studioghl and has collaborated on projects with musician and artist Nelson Beer, as well as design and architecture collective Cookies. Alongside Eddie Peake and Prem Sahib he runs East London club night Anal House Meltdown that has evolved into many formats and incarnations, and travelled to New York, Sao Paulo, Stromboli and Rome.
