Sentimental Rave is a rough diamond whose sound oscillates between the violence of its kicks and the artist’s sensitivity. The DJ, producer, and self-taught photographer explores the lonely and nocturnal wanderings of contemporary youth, drawing inspiration from rave, gabber, experimental music and techno. It is a reflection of these thousands of night owls that are found in the warehouses of the suburbs of European cities and the glory days of the first raves. Through this intimate yet dynamic universe, Sentimental Rave makes her mark across Europe at venues such as Berghain, CTM, Printemps De Bourges, De School, where she is ready to capsize the next generation.
