Developed by Lewis Walker and hypnotherapist Michele Occelli, “MOVE HYPNO” is a class that combines music, movement, and hypnosis. Participants are invited to fully inhabit their body and mind through invigorating breath, deepening sensory awareness, and tuning the nervous system. Each session creates a unique experience where the pace is deliberately slowed before building momentum to release habitual patterns.
Along with lighting by Laurie Loads, the “MOVE HYPNO” space supports expression, self-inquiry, creativity, and sensitivity—fostering growth for the individual and group. It welcomes both playfulness and healing, offering a place for feeling fully embodied and connected. Whether seeking to expand movement practice or explore altered states, the workshop offers a clear, inviting path to deepen personal growth.
Walker will present a solo evening performance of Bornsick after the daytime workshop. This work continues the investigation into inherited systems and the search for solid self on unstable terrain.
