CREAMCAKE is a Berlin-based interdisciplinary platform, negotiating the point of convergence in electronic music, contemporary art and digital technologies. Removed from normative social structures, Creamcake moves through fluid processes of thought and action, engaging a diverse program of projects with contemporary social issues. CC organizes exhibitions, performances, concerts, symposiums, DJ sets, digital projects, and workshops.
We are looking for an organized, meticulous and energetic person to support the production of an international festival and other events.
Your tasks include:
Close collaboration with the team in the program and communication of projects (exhibition, performances, concerts, online projects, screenings, etc.)
Collecting and compiling information relevant to communication and production
Supporting the further development of the website and ongoing editorial activities
Editorial and design implementation of the newsletter
Assistance in the editorial support of social media channels
Assistance in the implementation and further development of digital projects
Support in the fields of visualization and documentation of projects
Support in the realization of event formats on site
You must have:
An interest in the topics and content of CREAMCAKE
A Bachelor of Arts degree in the fields of art, media, visual communication, or a comparable course of study or corresponding qualification in an artistic environment
A high affinity for digital media and its aesthetics, interactivity, media art
Working experience in the cultural sector, media, design or creative industries
Experience working with WordPress, Mailchimp, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Indesign), Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, OBS
Creativity, and an ability to work independently and accurately
The ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility and resilience
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Our organization is characterized by flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes, offering exciting activity for your individual development. The working time is 20 hours per week and is planned on a freelance basis until November. Flexibility on event days is required.
